1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of ibexiaapp.com ("the platform"), operated by Ibexia. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Buying guides

• Guides are digital products delivered as PDF downloads. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own travel purposes.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or publish any part of a purchased guide without the creator's written permission.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Ibexia does not store payment card details.

4. Selling guides (creators)

• Creators must apply and be approved before uploading guides for sale.
• All guides are reviewed by Ibexia before going live. We may reject guides that do not meet our quality standards.
• Creators receive 80% of the sale price (before Stripe fees). The platform retains 20%.
• Payouts are made via Stripe Connect on Stripe's standard schedule.
• You warrant that your guide is original, does not infringe third-party intellectual property, and is factually accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Ibexia reserves the right to remove any guide at its discretion.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Upload content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, or is otherwise unlawful.
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent any access control or security feature.
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of their guide content. By publishing on Ibexia, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, host, and distribute your guide to buyers on the platform. The Ibexia brand, logo, and interface are our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer

Guides are created by independent creators and reflect their personal experiences. Ibexia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of information contained in any guide. Travel conditions change. Always verify critical information before your trip.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ibexia's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant guide. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
