How do I get a refund?

Email hello@ibexiaapp.com with your order email, the guide title, and reason for your refund request. We review within 2 working days. See our full refund policy for details on eligibility.

My download isn't working. What should I do?

Try the download link again from your purchases library at ibexiaapp.com/purchases. If it still fails, email us with your order details and we'll manually send you the file.

I applied as a creator. When will I hear back?

We review all applications personally and typically respond within 2-3 business days. Check your spam folder in case our email landed there.

I haven't received my purchase confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.

How do I connect Stripe as a creator?

From your seller dashboard, click 'Connect Stripe'. This opens Stripe Express onboarding, which takes about 2 minutes. If you're having trouble, email us with your account email and we'll help.

Can I change the price of my guide?

Yes. Go to your seller dashboard, open the guide, and edit the price. Changes take effect immediately. Existing purchases aren't affected.
