Seller Terms

1. Who these terms apply to

These Seller Terms apply to all approved creators ("sellers") who list travel guides for sale on ibexiaapp.com. They supplement our Terms of Service, which also apply in full. By submitting a guide for review you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and approval

• You must apply and be individually approved before selling on Ibexia.
• Approval is at Ibexia's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to sell digital content.
• You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before receiving payouts.

3. Guide content standards

• All guides must be based on your genuine first-hand travel experience or verified expertise.
• Content must be original. Do not copy or plagiarise other creators, websites, or published works.
• Guides must be accurate and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge. You must update or withdraw a guide if you become aware it contains material inaccuracies.
• Guides must be delivered as a properly formatted, readable PDF.
• Guides must not contain adult content, hate speech, dangerous advice, or anything otherwise unlawful.

4. Review and publication

• Every guide is reviewed by Ibexia before going live. Review typically takes 3–5 business days.
• We may approve, reject, or request changes to any guide. We will explain our reasoning where possible.
• Ibexia reserves the right to unpublish any guide at any time if it no longer meets our standards.

5. Pricing and revenue share

• You set the price of your guide in GBP. The minimum price is £0 (free) and guides may be offered free at your discretion.
• For paid guides, you receive 80% of the sale price minus Stripe processing fees. Ibexia retains 20%.
• Ibexia may display your guide at a promotional discount during site-wide sales. You will be notified in advance.
• Prices may be displayed with equivalent amounts in other currencies for informational purposes; GBP is the billing currency.

6. Payouts

• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect on Stripe's standard rolling schedule.
• You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on your earnings in your jurisdiction.
• Ibexia does not withhold tax on your behalf. We will provide transaction records on request.

7. Intellectual property

• You retain full ownership of your guide content.
• By publishing on Ibexia, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute your guide to buyers for the duration it remains listed on the platform.
• This licence ends when you permanently remove the guide from sale; existing buyers retain access to guides they have purchased.

8. Refunds and disputes

• Our Refund Policy governs buyer refund requests.
• If a refund is issued on a purchase of your guide, the corresponding revenue will be deducted from your next payout.
• Ibexia will handle all buyer disputes in the first instance and will notify you of the outcome.

9. Termination

You may remove your guides and close your seller account at any time. Ibexia may terminate your seller access for breach of these terms, our general Terms of Service, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where possible. Existing buyers will retain access to guides they have purchased.
