Refund Policy

Digital products
Our guides are digital PDF downloads. Because the content is delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a guide has been downloaded.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- The guide file is corrupted, unreadable, or fails to download.
- The guide content is materially different from what was described on the guide page.
- You were charged more than once for the same guide.
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the guide.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ibexiaapp.com with:
- Your order email address
- The guide title
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunded amounts will appear on your bank or card statement as a credit from Stripe.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under these regulations, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases, unless you have consented to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once the file is made available to download.
